M-136 Asphalt Overlay Kenockee Township, St. Clair County, MI Work is more particularly described as 2,700 Tons of asphalt and 530 tons of aggregate shoulder on M-136 with miscellaneous traffic control items. This work shall be in accordance with the current Michigan Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Construction, Standard Plans and Supplemental Specifications.
