Description

The work to be performed under this contract includes the reconstruction of pavement and sanitary sewer for two alleys in the Downtown Castle Rock area. The major work items include; asphalt removal, sanitary sewer system replacement (including service connections within Town ROW), subgrade reconditioning, aggregate base course placement, concrete pavement placement and ADA improvements. The Contractor shall supply all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the work in accordance with these specifications. The location(s) of the work to be completed under this contract are block 14 and block 17 alleys in Downtown Castle Rock, CO. The two alleys are between Jerry and Elbert Streets from Third to Fifth Streets.
