FY19 CDBG-I Sewer Line Rehabilitation Project

The project will include sanitary sewer rehabilitation via cured-in-place liner of approximately 2838 LF of 8" sewer pipe and pipe bursting of approximately 238 LF of 6" sewer pipe to 8". The project also includes restoration of approximately 27 manholes and 102 laterals. The Priority areas are along Talley, Linden, N First, N Second, N Fourth, S Fourth, S Fifth, N Sixth, S Sixth, Midland, Charlotte, McIver, Maple, Hickory, and Goldsboro streets. If time and budget allow, the project may include additional sanitary sewer rehabilitation via cured-in-place liner of approximately 2682 LF of 8" sewer pipe and pipe bursting of approximately 689 LF of 6" sewer pipe to 8" along portions of Market, S Second, S Third, N Seventh, S Seventh, Goldsboro, Charlotte, McIver, Maple, S Sixth, N Sixth, Hickory, S Fifth, and S Fourth streets. The alternate also includes restoration of approximately 20 manholes and 93 laterals, and 2 new manholes There is a 10% MWBE participation goal in accordance with North Carolina General Statutes All questions related to this bid shall be submitted in writing to erehak@withersravenel.com prior to 10:00 AM local time on Friday, September 15, 2023, to receive consideration.
