Asphalt Installation and Repair - Northern Virginia and New River Community College

Contract Term: One (1) year with four (4) additional, optional one (1) year renewal periods. Estimated start date for Northern Virginia Community College contract is 09/28/2022 and New River Community College 09/28/2022. The purpose of this Invitation For Bids (IFB) is to establish a contract with one or more qualified contractors to provide asphalt installation and repair, including but not limited to site work, surface treatment, asphalt sealing/crack filling and asphalt related concrete ADA improvements, sidewalk, curb and gutter installation, replacement, and repair services and all other asphalt related work. This procurement is being conducted on behalf of Northern Virginia Community College (NVCC) and New River Community College (NRCC). Other VCCS entities may be able to use this contract upon approval by the Shared Services Center, the Contractor, and the requesting College. A contract modification will be required to add the new VCCS entity to the contract. The VCCS consists of 23 colleges with 40 campuses located across the state, as well as two central agencies: the Systems Office and Shared Services Center.
