| Description | Provide Lead-Based Paint Assessments for the Community Development Department’s Housing Rehabilitation Programs. The services shall include Lead-Based Paint Inspections and Reports using XRF, and final Contractor Compliance Reports, if required. The initial Contract period shall be for three (3) years, commencing upon date of award. In addition, contingent upon Budget approval, the City reserves the right to unilaterally renew the contract for two (2) additional one (1) year periods, under the same terms, conditions and specifications, by written notification to the vendor by the Purchasing Director |
