The City of Fort Worth, Texas, ("City") is seeking to engage two qualified firms to provide Owner's Representative Services for the Everman Parkway and Wagley Robertson Road projects, respectively. The City intends to use the design-build (DB) method for civil works projects (Texas Government Code 2269, Subchapter H) to deliver each project and is procuring Owner's Representatives to provide professional services throughout the course of the projects. The selected consultants shall demonstrate recent experience successfully providing project and construction management services on behalf of a municipality under the DB project delivery method. Please note: This procurement does not seek services from Design-Build firms for design and construction of the projects. Procurement of such services will be done at a later time. An Owner's Representative may not be a member of any subsequent DB team. Description of Projects 1- Everman Parkway, from Rosedale Springs Lane to Cameron Hills Point Nearly 0.6 mile extension of the main arterial between approximately Rosedale Springs Lane and Cameron Hill Point in south Fort Worth. The proposed roadway will be 4-lane divided with curb and gutter, drainage, street lighting and shared use paths. The roadway includes a grade-separated crossing over the Union Pacific Railroad and also spans the Sycamore Creek floodplain. 2- Wagley Robertson Road, from Quicksilver Court to Coneflower Trail Nearly 0.5 miles of new travel lanes, expanding the road from a two-lane to a four-lane thoroughfare with associated infrastructure including curb and gutter, drainage facilities, shared use paths, and street lights. The project also includes two stream crossings and will cross an electrical transmission right-of-way with two (2) transmission towers near the project area. Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) will be evaluated based on qualifications and ranked based on the following criteria: Project team experience & qualifications Understanding of service being sought Presentation, organization and clarity of SOQ Up to five firms determined to be highest qualified to provide the services requested under this RFQ may be invited to make a presentation to the City's interview team.
