| Description | Consultant will work with staff representatives managing the project. Refer to Attachment C for sign design. The following is expected of the consultant: Review and assess existing Town inventory of wayfinding signage and destinations. Identify user groups, their specific needs and potential wayfinding difficulties as related to vehicular signage. Identify standard criteria for signs and provide guidelines or policy to staff. Using aerial imagery and/or GIS resources, develop a map of recommended wayfinding signage locations, including terminology to be used for each sign. Prepare cost estimate for fabrication and installation of system. The materials and workmanship shall be warranted for one year from the final date of acceptance by the Town. | ||
