Description

Install new Boiler Plant in existing Maintenance Office while the existing boiler plant remains operational. Once new Boiler Plant is operational, connect to existing piping system so that the new boiler plant supplies heating hot water to the building. This changeover shall not cause the building to be without heat between the hours of 5 PM and 7AM. Once the new boiler plant is supplying heating hot water to the building, demolish the existing boilers, pumps, controls, and accessories.
