Description

Brief Description: University is seeking a vendor to provide regular preventive, routine, emergency and miscellaneous maintenance on all elevators located on the University of Illinois Springfield campus for the period of July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2027 with the option to renew for a five-year period based on satisfactory performance, continuing need and availability of funds. The terms of the original contract shall remain the same for any and all exercised renewal options.
