This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number SP4703-22-Q-0040 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220. The small business size standard is $39.5 million. This is a firm fixed-price (FFP) Requirements Contract with the period of performance of 100 days from the issuance of Award. Award will be made to the lowest priced offeror that meets the requirement stated in the Statement of Work and RFQ. The contractor must be registered in the Central Contract Registration (CCR) at the time of submission of quote.
