| Description | The Commonwealth of PA (COPA), Enterprise Technology Services Office (ETSO)wishes to acquire a one (1) year contract with fixed prices with four (4) one (1) year options to renew. The contract would be for buildings located at 1 Technology Park and 5 Technology Park, Harrisburg PA 17110 and to include areas at 651 Boas St, Harrisburg and 100 Lackawanna Ave, Scranton. It includes preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance which includes mechanical, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, electrical, and other task associated with facilities. The Contractor's services must be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year because of the criticality of operations. |
