Ensley Gateway Beautification (Re-Solicit)

This project shall be resolicited at the earliest possible convenience of the County** PROPERTY REFERENCE NUMBER: 21-1S-30-1101-003-068 If you have any questions regarding this solicitation, please contact Abdul K. Lucy at aklucy@myescambia.com. Due Date for Responses to Questions has been extended to April 19th , 2022 Project has been cancelled. This project will be completed in two phases. Phase I: Includes excavation, embankment, and concrete work to include sidewalks, paved plaza, mow curbs, and end walls. Custom formwork is required for the Ensley sign wall. Phase II: Landscaping for this beautification will be held to a high standard with park benches, plants, river rock and boulders, mulch, and sod. Contractor will install an irrigation system to include an irrigation well and electrical connection as per the plan.

Division 11 -	Equipment, Play Field Equipment and Structures, Playground Equipment, Play Structures.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
Division 33 -	Utilities.
