Removal of old boiler along with a new one installed. This is the boiler we are looking for: MPH - 50: 2,100 MBH input / 1,722 MBH output / 50 BPH / 1,725 PPH (Steam) / 3,158 lbs Knocked down boiler includes: rolled tube construction, probe type low water cut-off and pump control, auxiliary probe type low water cut off with manual reset, low fire hold control, steam trim that includes operating control, manual, manual reset high limit, 15 PSI ASME safety relief valve, steam pressure gauge, pump motor contactor and standby aquastat. One combustion full modulation (linkage) Natural gas burner 3 x 208 voltage with 1 x 120 volt control transformer 3/4 HP ODP blower motor, alarm bell with silencing switch, standard indicator light package, full modulation firing (standard linkage), auto-manual firing switch with potentiometer, flame safeguard with UV flame sensor and with 1-1/2" UL gas train.
