RFQ Contractor - General Contracting Firms

Purpose/Background Boulder County Housing Authority (BCHA) currently operates over 835 residential units at 59 properties and is planning capital improvement projects at several of the properties. BCHA is seeking contractors to perform general contracting work as these projects are identified. The scope of these projects will include, but not be limited to, site upgrades, remediation projects, interior unit renovations, deck rebuilds, roofing, painting, drywall repairs, and small to large construction projects. Locations are spread throughout Lyons, Longmont, Niwot, Gunbarrel, Lafayette, Louisville, and Nederland. Awarded vendors will be expected to enter into a continuing services contract with the county with the option to renew for four more one-year terms. No work is guaranteed by an award of a contract.
