Construct Chiller Plant-This project is located on the campus of the Chalmers P. Wylie VA Ambulatory Care Center (VAACC), 420 N James Rd, Columbus, OH 43219. This project will construct a chiller plant on the grounds of the VAACC & complete additional tasks. These additional tasks are detailed in the attached project specifications & drawings attached to this solicitation document & any amendments to it. The NAICS code for this project is: 238220 . The business size standard is $16.5 million This is a 100% SDVOSB set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). See VAAR Clause 852.219-10 for the SDVOSB contractor's performance requirements The project magnitude is between $10,000,000.00 & $20,000,000.00 A site visit will be conducted on 07-21-2022 at 1:00 PM EASTERN TIME (ET). Please see FAR Clause 52.236-27 within this solicitation for details. This solicitation includes a requirement concerning safety compliance documentation do be submitted with the bid. See "NOTICE SAFETY COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENT." Failure to submit required information or failure to meet the standard may deem the bid unresponsive. In addition VAAR Clause 852.219-77 is included in this solicitation. The bidder is required to complete the fill in within the clause and return it with the bid.
