| Description | Contract with qualified Vendors (Contractors) experienced in the inspection, installation, maintenance, monitoring, and repair of security equipment access control and monitoring systems. The Contractors shall provide all labor, material, and necessary equipment for the proper execution of each inspection and maintenance service detailed in this specification. The security equipment for this contract is located at Austin City Hall and other City facilities. The City reserves the right to award a single contract based on overall low cost or multiple awards based on individual or categories/groups of specific line items, cost, or any criteria or combination deemed most advantageous to the City. |
