Lawn Services

The contractor shall provide all labor and materials to perform the following lawn care services (including all trees, shrubs, sod beds and turf/grass areas): - Lawn Service: Early Spring Treatment (Fertilizer, broadleaf weed and crabgrass control) - Lawn Service: Late Spring Treatment (Fertilizer, broadleaf weed and crabgrass control) - Lawn Service: Early Summer Treatment (Fertilizer, broadleaf weed control) - Lawn Service: Late Summer Treatment (Fertilizer, broadleaf weed control) - Lawn Service: Early Fall Treatment (Fertilizer, broadleaf weed control) - Lawn Service: Fall Treatment (Fertilizer, broadleaf weed control) - Lime Application: Early Spring - Spring Landscape Fertilization: Root Zone Fertilization - Insect & Disease Control Service: Selective disease suppression and insect attacks. These treatments are designed to help prevent any diseases or insect activity through the year and include treating all shrubs around building including the arborvitaes - 3 applications – Early Summer, Late Summer and Early Fall. - Fall Tree & Shrub Service: Root Zone Fertilization (This is to include all the tree and shrub plants on the OSTI site). - Ornamental Bed Weed Control: Non-selective weed control Includes treating all mulched areas on the site. This treatment is designed to help eliminate any weeds emerging into bed areas - 3 applications – Early Spring, Late Spring & Early Summer. - Fungicide Treatments: Includes the sod beds only around building. Preventative against turf disease - 2 applications - Early Summer & Late Summer. - Fall Aeration and Seeding: for "all" the OSTI grounds. Sod beds and turf/grass areas. - Contractor will provide warranty or satisfaction guarantee to include no cost repeat service calls if facility owner isn’t satisfied with weed control or color. - Contractor should be located within a 50-mile radius of the OSTI facility. - Period of Coverage will be from January 1 – December 31, 2022.
