Grantville Water Tank Rehabilitation

The City of Grantville is soliciting proposals from qualified Contractors to perform maintenance and painting on the Griffin Street Water Tank and City Hall Water Tank. The work generally consists of the inspection, cleaning, repair, adjustments and painting for two elevated steel potable water storage tanks owned by the City of Grantville, Georgia. Proposals are to be made on the Contractor's business letterhead and enclosed in an envelope, which is plainly marked to indicate that it contains a proposal for the referenced project. Contractors shall inform themselves concerning Georgia Laws and comply with same. The time allowed for Substantial Completion is 90 calendar days, and the time allowed for completion and readiness for final payment is 120 calendar days from the date of commencement. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and or all proposals submitted. The work will be awarded to the responsive and responsible Contractor that submits the lowest price for the work.

Division 05 -	Metals, Structural Metal Framing, Metal Decking.
Division 09 -	Finishes, Painting.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Facility Fuel Piping, Facility Fuel-Storage Tanks.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Clearing and Grubbing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Fences and Gates.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities.
