The Construction of Proposed Phase 2 Irrigation Improvements for the Pump Station No. 3 and Makeup Well No. 2 Along Katy Gaston Road Serving Lakes of Bella Terra

Scope of Work of the Contract includes the furnishing of all material, equipment, labor, and supervision necessary or incidental for the construction of irrigation pump station no. 3 and makeup well no. 2 improvements along Katy Gaston Rd. serving Lakes of Bella Terra in Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 133. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding or bidding process except time of submitting a Bid. The Successful Bidder, if any, will be the responsible Bidder, which in the Board's judgment will be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project.
