Description

A. The Project consists of furnishing and installation of materials as required for a complete installation of the new split DX air-conditioning equipment with minor ductwork modifications as detailed within these specifications and drawings. Contractor is responsible for delivering equipment to the job site and the contractor will off load all equipment at the site. B. The Work includes (but is not limited to) the following: 1. The complete installation of the new split DX air-conditioning equipment with minor ductwork modifications 2. All split DX equipment has been owner pre-purchased and shall be located within a Highlands County Schools warehouse and shall be the responsibility of the contractor to get equipment from the warehouse to the jobsite.
