This project is contingent upon the sale and receipt of bond funds. The District will conduct a pre-bid conference at the Education Service Center, 8506 E 61 '1 St. Tulsa, OK 74133. You must attend a pre-bid meeting with Fred Isaacs in order to bid the project. The pre-bid meeting will be followed by an on-site examination of existing conditions, for the purpose of review of the bidding documents, bidding procedures and to receive Bidders' questions. The initial prebid conference is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. CST, Wednesday, June 14, 2023. If you fail to attend the scheduled pre-bid conference, you are expected to schedule an alternate pre-bid meeting with Fred Isaacs. Failure to do so may disqualify a Bidder's bid.
