Pressure Cleaning

The Scope of Work to be performed under this project consists of furnishing of all labor/ materials and performing all work necessary to the completion of removing all mildew, algae, dirt, rust, stains, efflorescence and debris from district buildings, sidewalks, walkways, equipment, and any other miscellaneous facility surfaces by pressure-washing. This is for aesthetics purposes and not for preparations for a paint project. The surfaces may include but not limited to brick, natural stone, concrete, stucco, cmu, split face block, T-111, tectum decking, vinyl siding, ceilings, soffits, fascia, doors and frames, windows and frames, handrails, eaves, benches, tables, playground equipment, play court canopy, fences, exterior of walk in coolers, bollards, signs, fire hydrants, dugout, storage sheds, stadiums, metal roofs, play courts, sidewalks, walkways, driveways, and barrier walls.
