The Work generally includes, but is not limited to, the following: Installation of a deck with all the structural and foundation elements and with landscape restoration at the El Monte Golf Course. Owner and Engineer assume no responsibility for errors or misinterpretations resulting from the use of incomplete sets of Bid Documents. Prospective bidders should be experienced in culinary water/utility installation and need to be in good standing with Ogden City. Details for the meeting are available within the contract documents. All contractors intending to submit a bid are highly encouraged to attend to obtain relevant information concerning the project. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any bid that best serves its convenience and/or is found to be in the best interest of the City Ogden City encourages and welcomes bids from small, local, women and minority owned businesses and other disadvantaged business enterprises.
