The State of Hawaii, Department of Transportation (HDOT), Highways Division is seeking qualified civil engineering firms to provide Construction Management (CM) Services for Interstate Route H-1 Addition and Modification of Freeway Access (Kapolei Interchange Complex), Phase 3, District of Ewa, Island of Oahu, Federal-Aid Project No. NH-H1-1(271).
