Description | Project: Island Health Campus Signage Rebrand Project Skagit County Public Hospital District No. 2 (DBA Island Health) is requesting sealed bids from contractors to perform, for a stipulated sum, the work specified in the Bidding Documents and Contract Documents for the project identified as: Campus Signage Rebrand Project. Work under this contract will consist of updating existing exterior signage, with replacement, fabrication and installation of exterior signage throughout Island Health's campus in Anacortes, Washington. A Public Works Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100 percent of the contract is required for this work. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a certified check, cashiers check, postal money order or security bond made payable to the order of Island Health, for a sum of not less than five (5) percent of the amount of the bid. Incomplete bids and bids received after the day and hour stated above will not receive consideration. No bidder may withdraw their bid after the date and hour set for bid submittal unless the award of the contract is delayed for a period exceeding sixty (60) days. Substitution requests will not be accepted during the bid process beyond seven (7) calendar days prior to the bid opening. Island Health will then review the proposals and submitted qualifications of the apparent low bidder. As part of this review, Island Health may request an interview with the low bidder. Once Island Health confirms the lowest responsible bidder, Island Health shall then promptly proceed with the awarding of the contract to the lowest responsible bidder. If the apparent low bidder is determined not responsible, Island Health will review qualifications of the next low bidder. Island Health reserves the right to reject all bids and waive any informality in the proposals. Bidders must be registered with Lorielle Crafton in order to receive addenda, approved substitutions and any other additional bid information provided prior to the bid opening. |
