St. Croix Government Center Center Expansion - A/V Technology Systems Package - Bid Category No. 27 Communications Sealed bids must be received by 2:00 PM March 30, 2023 at 1101 Carmichael Rd., Hudson, WI 54016 Room G300 (Facilities), Attn: Kris Bos, St. Croix County Facilities Project Manager. A public bid opening will take place at 2:00 PM. A Pre-Bid Walkthrough will be held in the County Board Room at the existing Government Center on March 20th at 1:00 PM. Bid documents may be examined at the Construction Managers office located at 311 Financial Way, Suite 300, Wausau, WI or bid documents can be electronically sent to bidders upon request from the Construction Manager by emailing requests to Jaya Greenwood at jgreenwood@samuelsgroup.net Submit all questions about the Procurement Documents to the Construction Manager, in writing, not later than March 22nd , 2023 end of day. Please use the Pre-Bid RFI form located in section 00 21 13A. Replies will be issued to all Bidders of Record as Addenda to the Procurement Documents and will become part of the Contract. The Architect and Owner will not be responsible for oral clarification. Questions received after this time cannot be answered.
