Asbestos Abatement Work for 2023 Renovations

As of January 12, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Bid security in the form of a bid bond, certified check or cash in an amount equal to 10 percent of the base bid amount shall be submitted with the bid. The successful Contractor shall provide Labor and Material Bonds, and Performance Bonds for the work. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive any or all Bids or parts thereof, or any irregularities or informalities. All bidders must comply with applicable Illinois Law requiring the payment of prevailing wages by all contractors working on public works. Replies will be issued to all bidders of record in the form of an Addendum. Questions received after 5:00 p.m. Central Time on December 16, 2022 will not be answered.
