IHP Addition of Exam Rooms for PM and R

** As of January 23, 2023 , this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline or award has not yet been established.** The scope of work is to renovation approximately 800 square feet of the second floor gym space within the IHP building to accommodate (5) proposed exam rooms. These exam rooms will require services to be extended from the existing building to provide the M/E/P/FP needed within the rooms. Some additional work will be required within the first floor plenum space to complete the necessary plumbing installation. All work on this Contract is to be completed within/by within 125 days after the date of the Notice to Proceed.
