Caddo County Fairgrounds Grade & Drain Project

The bid is submitted as a legal offer and any bid when accepted by Caddo County constitutes a firm price. The Board of Caddo County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning reason thereof. The bidder must use the provided bid forms and affidavits, and all forms must be signed and notarized/attested. The bidder must file the bid in a sealed envelope. All bids must be typewritten or in Ink. One (1) copy addressed to the Caddo County Clerk's Office, Carol Butler, will be submitted, and that copy must be sealed and clearly marked with the name of the bidding vendor, Opening Date and identified as follows: "Sealed Bid Caddo County Fairgrounds Grade & Drain Project Project Bid No. 2023-16" Additional information for this project may be obtained by contacting Jeff Boren, Commissioner for Caddo County District 2, (405-247-5321).
