Description

This project will provide cover over a portion of the existing Frontier Park Horse Arena following the feasibility study completed in 2019. The project scope will include but is not limited to: 1. Clear span roof structure approximately 24,000 square feet a. Include lighting and public announcement system 2. Development of a stormwater infiltration system for the roof structure 3. Meet all fire codes which may include: a. Extending fire hydrant system b. Designing a fire sprinkler system for roof structure 4. Facilitate a process with a stakeholder group made up of representatives from the regular horse arena user groups
