WPCC - Building F - HVAC Addition

Demolition: 1. Demolish existing heating and ventilating unit, exhaust fans, and unit heaters in Building F shop area. Demolish hot water piping to the extent shown on the construction documents. 2. Demolish existing lay-in ceiling tiles (grid to remain), return and supply grilles, and lighting fixtures as shown on the construction documents. 3. Demolish existing above ceiling air handling unit. Demolish existing return and outdoor air dampers associated with this unit. Demolish reheat coils, control valves and space temperature sensors associated with this unit. Demolish existing gypsum ceilings as needed to remove equipment. 4. Demolish existing actuators on VVT terminal units for Breeden Hall. Demolish existing space temperature sensors associated with these terminal units. New Work: 1. Install new split system heat pump units to provide air conditioning to Building F shop area. 2. Install new air-handling unit, return and outside air dampers, reheat coils, control valves and space temperature sensors associated with this unit. Repair existing gypsum ceilings as needed and match existing finishes. 3. Install new ceiling tiles, light fixtures, and return and supply grilles. 4. Install new actuators on VVT terminals and space temperature sensors for Breeden Hall. 5. Integrate all new HVAC equipment into campus-side Johnson Facility Explorer BAS System.
