| Description | The project consists of providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision and permits necessary to prepare the current roof surface and complete the installation of a new weather and watertight High-Performance Ethylene Interpolymer (KEE) Roofing membrane system and shingle roofing system on the Sebring Library Building located at 319 W Center Ave, Sebring Florida. The roof is approximately 5,252 Sq. ft. The project includes replacing EFIS with metal coping, building wall to enclose eave and possibly installing a ships ladder for ease of access to different roof levels. |
