Provide designs services to replace the boiler at the Fire HQ. It is anticipated that the scope of work will include, but is not limited to, the following: 1. A comprehensive review of the existing boiler and hydronic heating system. The review is to identify the scope of needed upgrades required as part of the boiler replacement. 2. Design of the upgrades. 3. Detailed Estimates of Probable Costs for the upgrades. 4. Bidding and Construction Administration services.
