Bleacher Renovation at Annapolis High School

1. Remove and dispose of existing metal bleacher benches, railing, concrete access stairs and ramps, sidewalks, entry gates, fencing, horizontal expansion joint materials, wall vents, and associated materials and components (“Selective Structure Demolition”). 2. Repair concrete bleacher topping slab as needed and where indicated (“Maintenance of Concrete”). 3. Remove CMU as required to provide brick vents at existing and augmenting locations. Provide new and augmenting brick vents (“Maintenance of Unit Masonry”). 4. Provide a two (2) component reinforced polyurea waterproofing pedestrian traffic coating system over the existing bleacher topping slab. Prepare and repair substrate prior to coating installations (“Pedestrian Traffic Coatings”). 5. Provide sealant and backer materials at fenestrations and horizontal expansion joints. Provide pre-engineered expansion material on horizontal and vertical control joints where indicated (“Joint Sealants”). 6. Provide elastomeric coating on masonry walls (“Elastomeric Coatings”). 7. Provide a pre-engineered low rise (delegated design) aluminum retrofit grandstand system and accessories atop the existing concrete bleachers. Bleacher system shall include an ADA compliant seating area and access ramps. Provide new fencing and access gates at track where indicated (“Grandstand Seating System”). 8. Provide new concrete sidewalks and accessories where indicated (“Concrete Paving”).
