Description

This Contract provides for Construction of the following Work: The City of Golden owns and operates the Vidler Tunnel which conveys western slope water into the clear creek basin. Diverted water is collected into a pipeline system that has began to severely degrade. The pipeline is a mixture of below grade and above grade pipe ranging in diameter from 36-inch in diameter to 27-inch in diameter. Pipe materials vary typically from steel to CMP. The contractor will be responsible for removal and replacement of the existing collection pipeline with new Ductile Iron Piping, and associated appurtenances. Total pipeline length is approximately 2400 LF.
