Amtrak is seeking interested contractors for State of Good Repair (SOGR)Improvements at the Pittsburgh Station. The work includes but is notlimited to the following: 1. Site work repairs to existing paving, parking stalls, sidewalks, andplatform. 2. Structural repairs to existingcolumns, beams, girders, joists, and rafters. 3. Structural repairs to retainingwalls. 4. Replacement of exterior metalcladding. 5. Construction of exteriorentrance canopy. 6. Cleaning and replacement ofselect existing HVAC ductwork. 7. Replacement of select HVAC andDX cooling equipment. 8. Replacement of select existinginterior lighting fixtures. 9. Replacement of select exitsigns. 10. Replacement of select VCT andceramic tile flooring. 11. Painting of Waiting Room andother areas receiving new GWB finishes.
