The Landing

The work shall consist of, but is not limited to: Description: (including location) "The Central Falls Landing Project" ("Site"), located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Madeira Avenue and Broad Street, Central Falls, RI. The project involves the clearing, grading and paving of a parking facility and the installation of a building foundation and floor slab. Also included is necessary, curbing, sidewalks, lighting, drainage and water quality infiltration systems, contaminated soil handling, landscaping and other items. Elements of the project are as follows: a. Grading and installing full depth asphalt pavement parking area b. New granite curb and existing granite curb resetting. c. New portland cement concrete sidewalks d. Surface water collection and water quality infiltration system installation e. Contaminated soil excavation, handling and disposal f. New commercial building portland cement concrete foundation and floor slab g. Loam and seed and tree and plant landscaping

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways.
Division 33 -	Utilities.
