North Downtown Athens - Pressure Washing/Final Cleaning

Project is new construction of (3), type VA wood framed buildings. These buildings are 4 stories (plus terraced level on some), slab on grade. Corridors are vented, but unconditioned breezeways. Apartments will wrap around a 2 story, free standing, pre-cast parking deck that will not be sprinklered. There are 120 apartment units totaling 133,000 HSF, 12,000 sf of corridors, and 7,000 sf of leasing/amenity space. There is a courtyard, but no pool. The project runs from North Hull Street to College Ave. This project may also be known as Bethel Midtown Village or 101 Madison Ave. As of September 1, 2023 the general contractor is looking for Pressure Washing and Final Cleaning bids. Demolition commenced in June 2022. Construction commenced in March 2023. This is a HUD Project. Davis Bacon Prevailing Wages and Certified Payroll are REQUIRED. Work includes the complete construction of a 120 unit rental apartment project, 3 and 4 story buildings with 2 level precast concrete parking structure which includes stairs, site improvements and accessory elements and all other items as indicated on the Contract Documents and as may be required for the completion of the project. Project construction to be composed of a wood frame component. Project is located at Hull Street in Athens, Georgia.
