Paving Project 2022

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Clarks Green, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot. Clarks Green Borough Paving Project 2022: Base Bid; Mill & Overlay of various streets within the Borough (2,000 SY) including base repair and leveling course and the installation of four (4) ADA ramps. The bids will be discussed and considered for award at the regularly scheduled Borough of Clarks Green Council Meeting on May 18, 2022, at 7:00 P.M. The bid must be accompanied by a certified/cashier's check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, made payable to Clarks Green Borough. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof or to waive any informalities in the bidding. If written notice of the acceptance of this Bid is mailed or delivered to the undersigned within sixty (60) days after the opening thereof, or at any time thereafter before the Bid is withdrawn, the undersigned agrees to execute and deliver the Agreement in the form prescribed by the Clarks Green Borough. All qualified contractors will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, creed, ancestry, national origin or sex.
