Freddie Benavides Park Baseball Outfield Fence

This project consists of upgrading Freddie Benavides Baseball outfield with Poly-Coated chain link fence color green, using existing galvanized metal post. Construction contract time for the project is sixty (60) working days. Each proposal and a proposal guaranty must be originals and must be sealed in an envelope plainly marked with the name of the project as shown above, and the name and address of the Bidder. When submitted by mail, this envelope shall be placed in another envelope addressed as indicated in this Notice to Bidders and shall be marked as a bid for the project above referred. Bidders are expressly advised to review Section C-3.10 of the General Conditions of the proposed Contract as to the causes which may lead to the disqualification of a bidder and/or the rejection of a bid proposal. Unless all bids are rejected, the Owner agrees to give Notice of Award of Contract to the successful bidder within ninety (90) days of the bid opening. Bidders are expected to inspect the site of the work and inform themselves regarding all local conditions.
