Isle View Park Enhancement Project

The professional services to be rendered by the consultant shall be performed to the satisfaction of the Commissioner of Environment and Planning and in the form and manner approved by them. Such services shall include the items hereinafter set forth. It is the intention of the County that the work hereunder shall include design and preparation of construction plans, cost estimates, and construction bidding documents on the following. Erie County is embarking on Phase 2 of the Shoreline Trail Enhancement Project. Phase 1 involved the repaving and enhancement of approximately six miles of the multi-use trail, including a portion that runs the length of the Park. Phase 2 of the project will focus on improvements to existing park infrastructure at Isle View Park, the County-owned 39-acre linear waterfront park in the Town and City of Tonawanda, and will implement nearly all of the Park-specific recommendations of the Erie County Parks Master Plan (2019) elevating the Park into a destination along the Shoreline Trail.
