| Description | The Work is to contract with a qualified Vendor to pressure wash the exterior of the Central Heat Plant and make repairs to the expansion joints. 1. State will remove trees on the west side of the building before start of project. 2. Vendor is to provide all equipment and materials to complete scope of work. The State will provide access to water. 3. Vendor shall pressure wash the exterior of the Central Heat Plant. The windows are to be rinsed but not pressure washed. 4. Vendor shall remove existing caulk on approximately 3000 lineal feet of expansion joints. 5. Vendor shall install new backer rod and caulk. 6. Vendor shall dispose of all debris off site. |
