Collection of Garbage, Rubbish, Refuse, Recyclable Materials, and an Annual Spring Trash Pickup

The collector shall be responsible for the collection and disposal of all garbage, rubbish, and refuse from residences in the Borough ofEbensburg. 1. Garbage: consisting of all animal and vegetable wastes resulting from handling, preparation, cooking and consumption offoods 2. Rubbish: consisting of all solid household wastes other than garbage, and including waste paper, tin cans, metal, wood, ashes and all ordinary household accumulations. Excludes stones, bricks, plaster, concrete, earth, paint, automobile parts, tires, and general building materials. 3.
