Hall Building Mechanical and Electrical Upgrade

The project scope includes but is not limited to the following: This project includes the replacement of the existing electrical distribution system and electrical support for the new HVAC systems. This consists of new 208/120 volt, three-phase, four-wire, underground service. The existing raceways and conductors will remain and be reconnected to the new panelboards. There will be some new exit and emergency lighting required. There will be new highefficiency, rooftop, heat pumps that will replace all the existing, interior, large units. The new units will include dehumidification capability, occupancy-based, demand control ventilation and economizers. The new controls will be connected to the existing on-campus DDC BMS adjustment and monitoring system. There will be some general contractor work related to masonry, painting, and roof repair. The project also includes a new metal door and frame. A roof access ladder will be installed.
