Replace Auxiliary Power Generator located at 1 West Chester Street, Long Beach, NY 11561. 1. Removal of existing diesel generator (Caterpillar) at Ground floor, Boiler Room. 2. Demolition of exit door frame of Boiler Room to meet the clearance required for the egress of the existing diesel generator. 3. Removal of existing day tank for the existing diesel generator. 4. Demolition and removal of fuel piping for the existing diesel generator. 5. Removal of existing generator control board. 6. Removal of existing generator muffler and exhaust duct. 7. Removal of existing battery rack and batteries for the existing diesel generator. 8. Removal of existing cable wire connecting the existing diesel generator to the main distribution frame. 9. Removal of Diesel fuel from diesel generator and day tank.
