Conceptual plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade industrial development; and one-story above grade warehouse / distribution facility. The project is scope includes light industrial and e-commerce end uses on 59 acres on the northeast corner of the intersection. Scope details have not been released. As of July 6, 2022 the project is in planning stage and seeking rezoning approval from the Violet Township Zoning Commission. A meeting was held June 21, 2022, but the results are not yet available.
