| Description | The work will involve roofing services at various locations in the City, and may include, but is not limited to, demolition of existing roofing; installing products and repairing surfaces that seal, waterproof, and weatherproof structures; examining and/or preparing surfaces using multiple roofing, waterproofing, weatherproofing, and membrane materials; and other associated tasks. The work is performed on an if-and-as-needed basis in accordance with the San Francisco Administrative Code Section 6.64(b) requirements. The Contract Term may be extended up to 5 years to complete the work of an issued CSO, but no new CSOs will be issued after the first 4 years of the Contract Term. |
