Lands Gravel Road Maintenance - Southern Region

For gravel woods road maintenance located in its Public Lands Southern Region. Properties are located, but not limited to, the towns of Hebron, Gray, Rome, Vienna and Newcastle. The Scope of Work includes installing culverts, spot graveling, ditching and brush mowing. A performance bond will be required when the contract is awarded. The Maine Bureau ofParks and Lands, Western Region invites contractors to submit bids for performing annual maintenance for two-years (with an optional two-year renewal) on gravel surface roads in its Southern Region Lots which include but are not limited to the following Units: Hebron. Kennebec Highlands. Pineland and Point. The combined project may entail installing culverts, spot graveling, ditching, and brush mowing in accordance with the attached plans and specifications and may include miscellaneous activities as road conditions require. The estimated quantities ofwork are summarized in Attachment B. Bids will be accepted based on doing all the work on the unit

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Erosion and Sedimentation Controls.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Operation and Maintenance of Exterior Improvements.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Ponds and Reservoirs.
Division 34 -	Transportation, Operation and Maintenance of Transportation.
Division 35 -	Waterway and Marine Construction, Shoreline Protection, Waterway Construction and Equipment.
