This work consists of the determined low Bidder, or the subcontractor(s) indicated in the pass-through warranty obligation folder in the electronic bid file, providing a warranty performance bond for the warranty(ies) listed herein. Below is(are) the warranty(ies) required in this contract along with the locations where the warranty applies, and a listing of the pay items and estimated quantities associated with that warranty type. 9.89 mi of overband crack fill pretreatment, chip seal, single, warranty and fog seal on M-37 (Bedford Road) from Creekview Drive northerly to the Calhoun/Barry County line, M-66 (Capital Avenue) from the pavement change north of T Drive North (White Rabbit Road) north of the Wanadoga Creek bridge northerly to the Calhoun/Barry County line and on M-78 from M-66 easterly to the Barry/Eaton County line, Calhoun and Barry Counties. Net classification required for this project is 1021 Ca In addition to the above minimum prequalification requirement for prime contractors this project includes a subclassification of N9-3A. If the prime contractor is not prequalified in this subclassification it must use a prequalified subcontractor.
