Description

Two remediation cells and 12 monitoring wells at the site must be managed on an ongoing basis. The proposal shall include activities required by law and must include the quarterly reports. The Proposer must supply all equipment. List of requirements to be submitted with the proposal: Provide seasonal start-up services annually, in late spring. Monthly seasonal operation of the Carbon treatment systems. Conducting operation, maintenance and routine minor repairs of the treatment systems and monitoring wells. Periodic water level monitoring of wells and piezometers. Laboratory analysis for PCB’s in water samples by the contract laboratory specified in the Consent Decree. Collecting ground water samples semi-annually from 12 ground water monitoring wells. Seasonal shut-down. Reports each quarter on conditions and activities as required by the Consent Decree.
